MENTOR PROGRAM Become a Mentor in Our Exclusive Mentorship Program Our mentorship program offers unique opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Program Overview: The program is designed to create space for reflection and personal development. As a mentor, you will discuss and share professional situations with individuals who have varying levels of professional and personal life experience. This exchange will not only enrich your mentees but will also provide you with new insights and perspectives. Program Structure: You and your mentee will be provided with a clear framework to help you make the most of your shared experiences, ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable mentoring relationship. To foster a conducive environment for sharing and growth, the program has a limited number of participants. Locations: Our participants come from both Gothenburg and Stockholm. If there is enough interest, we may extend the program to additional cities. We have participants from both Göteborg and Stockholm. If there is enough interest in we might extend the program to additional cities. Language: From 2023, the program is conducted in English. All materials and sessions are in English, and we will ensure that your mentor is comfortable conducting sessions in English. All Handels Vänner members are welcomed but we recommend that you have worked for at least 2 years after finishing school since the program will give you more if you can relate to and discuss working life situations. You and your mentor will get a clear framework to help you make use of what you share as well as giving you joy in sharing your experiences. The program as limited number of participants in order to create a good atmosphere for sharing. We have participants from both Göteborg and Stockholm. If there is enough interest in we might extend the program to additional cities. From 2023 the program is run in English. Both material and sessions are in English.
